The Alfa Romeo GT Junior is a sports car produced by the Casa Milanese between 1966 and 1971. It was the heir of the Giulietta Sprint, and it was built to offer customers a cheaper alternative to Giulia Sprint, even though it achieved greater fame and success than its predecessor. The GT Junior was a true sports car, with all the qualities possessed by models with more power. It was equipped with four disk breaks and rear suspension axles. It had impressive acceleration, with a max speed higher than 170 km/h. It had five different gears (feature reserved to a few sports cars at the time), with a ‘long’ fifth gear. It had excellent handling.
Like the Alfa Romeo tradition, this car was definitely very sporty.
